About The firemans chili cookoff:

About: We will be hosting an event sanctioned by the international chili society. The Chili society cookoff will be three categories (Red, Verde, and Homestyle). each category will be judged according to ICS rules and regulations.
Alongside the ICS official competition, we will be holding a people’s choice competition. This competition is open to all people who would like to compete. This will follow the rules for a homestyle chili and will be judged by popular vote.

This is a charity event to benefit local fire and first responder organizations. We will be giving donations to all local organizations that are participating in this event.
