Our Spring Beer Dinner will include a 4 course meal each served with a drink paired specifically for each meal. We will open up at 5:30 with drinks available for purchase as well as a complimentary charcuterie board, followed by our four course meal and drinks starting at 6:15.
Course 1.
Street Corn Tostadas: House made tostadas piled high with street corn dip made of yellow sweet corn, cilantro, garlic, mayo, cotija cheese, and spices.
Course 2.
Taquitos De Pollo: Shredded chicken slow simmered in a combination of spices, tomato, and herbs
Course 3.
Carne Asada Torta: A sandwich layered with steak, mashed avocado, red onion, refried beans, jalapenos, cotija cheese, tomato, and lettuce all on a toasted ciabatta bun.
Course 4.
Mexican Fruit Salsa: A fruit salsa made from fresh seasonal fruits and house made preserves served with flour tortilla chips that have been dusted with cinnamon sugar.
