FOUR COURSES, with beer pairings including exclusive beer dinner releases of Pineapple IPA and Red Raspberry Mexican Lager. Our menu is prepared by our very own Andrea Helsley, featuring local ingredients from Gettysburg Baking Co., Camelot Valley cheeses, Smoke Show BBQ, Irvin Orchards and Half Pint Creamery.
Course One: Grilled Asparagus Bruschetta with local chevre, grilled asparagus, sundried tomatoes on crostini. Paired with Thirsty Farmer Apple Graff.
Course Two: Spring Strawberry Salad with mixed greens, fresh strawberries, local feta and blueberry balsamic dressing. Paired with Thirsty Farmer Hefeweisen and strawberry mint garnish.
Course Three: Pineapple Pork on Ciabatta with pineapple glazed smoked pork from Smoke Show BBQ, crispy broccolini, apple slaw and brown butter hassleback potatoes from Irvin Orchards. Paired with Thirsty Farmer Pineapple IPA.
Course Four: Lemon Lush Bars with raspberry coulis, mint chiffonade and Half Pint Creamery ice cream. Paired with Thirsty Farmer Red Raspberry Mexican Lager.
